Falkland Islands Dependencies 1946 "Thick map" 1d black and violet, variety "Extra Island" (with Gap in 80th parallel) from vignette plate "1", R3/9, neatly cancelled by small part violet circular date stamp, SGG2aa.
A fine used example of this scarce and interesting variety. A couple of slightly short perforations, but difficult to find in this quality. Used examples are harder to find than mint examples.
