Tuscan wine estate Ornellaia is to hold a charity auction based around its 2010 vintage, in collaboration with Sotheby's on November 13 in London.

The sale follows the estate's initial 25th anniversary auction in May, which saw £275,000 ($423,412) raised for London's Royal Opera House. Proceeds from this sale will benefit Cittadellarte-Fondazione Pistoletto.
The auction's undoubted star will be Ornellaia's 25th anniversary 2010 vintage, which sports a label designed by Italian artist Michelangelo Pistoletto.
Ornellaia's PR manager, Andrea Orsini Scataglini, told the Drinks Business: "London is the city for collection; it's a magical city where collecting is an art form."
