A bottle of Kariuzawa 1960 50-year-old whisky has sold for $62,905 at Bonhams Hong Kong.

The lot headlined a sale of rare whiskies on January 22, beating an estimate of $26,380 by 138.4%.
A substantially rarer bottle of Kariuzawa 1960 52-year-old (one of only 41 bottles) set a new world record for a Japanese whisky at auction when it made $118,500 at Bonhams in 2015.
Other lots in the sale included a bottle of Hanyu Ichiro's Malt of Spades which sold for $13,363.
