It includes original cases of the 1999, 2005, 2009 and 2010 vintages of the flagship Romanee-Conti offering, in addition to 2005, 2009 and 2010 cases of Montrachet, as well as 1999, 2002, 2005, 2009 and 2010 La Tache.
Twelve bottles of 1990 Romanee Conti are expected to provide the most valuable lot of the sale. They're valued at $309,500.
A bottle of 1971 Henri Jayer will also excite Burgundy lovers, while for Bordeaux collectors there are bottles of 1959 Mouton Rothschild and Lafite, and a 12-bottle case of 1990 Petrus. The latter is one of the most valuable lots of the auction, estimated at up to $49,000.
Acker, Merrall and Condit's chairman, John Kapon, commented: "This auction is as good as it gets.
"Joining us in person in Hong Kong are seven of the very best and most skilled winemakers in Burgundy today, men and women of this deeply committed generation whose wines we are excited to bring directly from their cellars for this auction, Roulot, Fourrier, Hudelot-Noellat, Lamarche, Hubert Lignier, Duroche and Clos de la Chapelle."
