Classic car collectors could well be paying close attention to the Great Gatsby's estates auction in Atlanta on Saturday February 19th.
Going under the hammer is a 1974 Jaguar XKE V-12 Roadster. This vehicle has a high end estimate of $50,000 and could be well worth investigating for those looking to make an investment in a classic motor.
This four speed beauty has 81,570 miles to its name and comes equipped with air conditioning.
Known as XKEs in the US and E-Types in the UK, the models were built between 1961 and 1975 and are highly collectible, representing for many the pinnacle in British car manufacturing.

The car has won several awards and in 2008 was ranked number one in the Daily Telegraph's list of the "100 most beautiful cars".
If Jags aren't your bag, perhaps a 1957 Chevy Biscayne 210 may tempt. The vehicle has a top side estimate of $12,000 and offers a six cylinder engine, four doors and 62,730 miles on the clock - not bad for a vehicle of its age.
For a recently built car with a classic style, be sure to check out the Mercedes Benz 540K replica. It is equipped with a Ford 4-cylinder motor and chassis, automatic transmission and has travelled just 6,725 miles. Bids start at $5,000.
It's not just cars up for auction on Saturday. The 500-lot sale also has a vast range of antiques and art available to bidders, both in Georgia and online.
