The lot was among a selection of pieces from across the band's history.
A postcard sent by Paul McCartney from the Isle of Mull in 1970 made £1,000 ($1,488), the Daily Mail reports.
Paul Fairweather of Omega Auctions told the publication: "Such intimate, personal and unique things give Beatles and Paul McCartney collectors an insight into how life was for him back then, and very rarely come up for sale."
