Marilyn Monroe annotated script valued at $20,000 up

Marilyn Monroe's hand annotated script for Something's Got to Give (1962), her final role, is offered with a minimum bid of $20,000 at Nate D Sanders.

Marilyn died before filming completed and the movie was abandoned.

Marilyn Monroe has annotated this copy of her script for Something's got to Give

It was rewritten and recast in 1963 and released as Move over Darling, starring Doris Day and James Garner.

Throughout eh script Marilyn includes her notes on her character's reactions, such as: ''Stunned / Dazed - sky high with adventure'', ''dead pan/I really don't know'' and ''[L]et me get into something more comfortable / leading him on -''.

It offers an amazing level of insight into her process, revealing the seriousness with which she took her craft.

The auction will also feature one of the bronze markers from Marilyn's grave in LA, which carries an estimate in excess of $35,000.

It's one of several markers that have been periodically replaced over the years, as fans touching the plate causes the bronze to oxidise.

We have an incredible range of Marilyn Monroe memorabilia for sale, including this signed newspaper clipping.

A Stetson hat former US president Dwight Eisenhower used to wear while hunting and fishing is valued in excess of $17,500.

Eisenhower gave it as a gift to Australian businessman and philanthropist Sir Edward Hallstrom, from whose estate it's consigned.

The auction will close on December 15.
