Christie's Out of the Ordinary: The Online Edit will feature a set of photographs, illustrations and documentation relating to the discovery of Yeti footprints on the slopes of Everest.

The lot will auction with an estimate of ?�3,000 ($4,982) in the online only sale, which will run between August 27 and September 10.
Eric Earle Shipton took the photographs on his first ascent of Everest in 1951. They provoked a sensation on their publication.
