RM Auction's inaugural Sporting Classics of Monaco auction event takes place May 1 at the stunning Grimaldi Forum.

The assortment of over 100 cars promises something to suit every interest, encompassing some of the finest historic collectible automobiles in the world.

The 250 GT LWB California Spyder (€1,800,000-€2,200,000)

Included among them will be two superb Ferraris - a 250 GT SWB Berlinetta (chassis 3401 GT) and a 250 GT LWB California Spyder (chassis 1253 GT).

Both cars are restored, matching numbers examples and are Classiche certified.

The exceptional automobiles will auction with incredible estimates of €2,500,000-€2,950,000 and €1,800,000-€2,200,000, respectively.

Meanwhile, a Ferrari 250GT California Spyder created for the 1986 Paramount hit film Ferris Bueller's Day Off, starring Matthew Broderick and directed by John Landis, is going under the hammer.

It will auction at Bonhams in April.
