A 2005 Ford GT signed by the late motoring legend Carroll Shelby has sold among the top lots at Mecum Auctions' Anaheim 2013 sale.
The 640hp car crossed the block on November 21-23, selling for $210,000. With only one owner since new and just 5,150 miles on the clock, it is signed on the inner door panel by Shelby, who died in 2012.
The 2005 model was joined by one of only 292 Mark II black Ford GTs produced in 2006, which sold for $230,000.
Also featuring was Steve McQueen's 1938 Harley-Davidson WLD Solo Sports, which made $125,000. It sold complete with a roll of tools discovered in the fame mounted tool box.
