Swaziland 1968 Independence ½c black, brown and yellow-brown, type 42 overprint, error BROWN OMITTED, lower marginal with sheet marking proving position 5/5, SG142a.

A very fine unmounted mint example with full original gum. Presented alongside the normal stamp for comparison.

A very scarce error of missing colour and especially desirable in this positional form.

Swaziland gained independence on 6 September 1968 and its name changed to Eswatini in April 2018.
