South Africa 1930-45 2s6d (slate-) green and brown "Ox-wagon Inspanned', Rotogravure printing, 'SUIDAFRIKA' one word, upright watermark, block of 6 (2x3), neatly cancelled by 'NONGOMA' circular date stamps dated '15 AUG 40', SG49.
A fine used block of six with attractive commercial usage of this scarcer shade. A few very minor blemishes and faint surface marks, but remains a fine quality block for this stamp difficult to find in fine condition.
