India 1854-55 4a blue and red, 2nd printing (head die II, frame die I), position 4 on sheet, good margins except close at left, showing marked upward misplacement of head, lightly cancelled by type 6 numeral (probably 'C-111' of Pondicherry, French India). Faint bend at right but a fresh and attractive example, scarce with this degree of misplacement. Used. SG 19
