A superb Post Office fresh unmounted mint, with full original gum, set of six values each with the face value and inscription in silver rather than gold. The "2nd" class stamp also with a different portrait of Amy Johnson than that of the issued stamp.
A very scarce assembly, being one of only four recorded intact sets of these unadopted stamp trials.
