A superb used example of this rare government departmental issue neatly cancelled by a part circular date stamp for 'JY.30.1903'.
The "O.W. Official" overprints were issued to Office of Works. The high value 10d stamps were issued in 1902 for registration fees and overseas mail.
Accompanied with a 1976 British Philatelic Association (BPA) Certificate of Authenticity.
