A superb unmounted mint block of four of the 1884 5 shillings crimson, lettered 'EA to FB', with full original gum and mounted in the left-hand margin only.
This striking high-value Victorian issue features Queen Victoria’s profile within a bold engine-turned frame, crisply printed in rich crimson. The block displays excellent centring and strong colour across all four stamps, with clear, fresh perforations.
Blocks of this calibre are exceptionally scarce, especially with such fine unmounted gum and positional margin.
