A very fine unused, with original gum, bottom right hand corner marginal imperforate block of eight lettered SI-TL, each stamp overprinted "SPECIMEN" type 9. Showing current number "428" and printing variety large "5" in "15" on TK.
A magnificent and unique positional multiple.
