Very fine unused o.g. top marginal block of sixteen (12 stamps unmounted o.g.) from the top four rows of a pane letterd PE-SH, each stamp overprinted "SPECIMEN" type 5. A few clipped perfs on the wing margins nevertheless a spectacular and very rare multiple of this difficult specimen.
