Signed in black ball-point pen on a single sheet of official Football Association headed paper, measuring 25.5 x 20.5cm.

Also included is an original 2024 certificate of authenticity issued by Allstar Signings 4U Ltd, featuring photographic provenance of 16 players signing the sheet at events in 2005.
