This Lady Gaga mask was worn in her 'Manifesto of Little Monsters' on her 2009-2011 Monster's Ball tour. It was created by Franc Fernandez, a celebrated designer who also created Gaga's infamous meat costume that she wore to the 2010 MTV Awards.
