Malta 1965-70 1s6d 'Self-government', lower right corner block of 16 (2x8) with '1A' (x6) plate numbers, all showing variety GREY SHIFT LEFT AND UP AT SLIGHT DIAGONAL causing increasing misalignment (partly superimposed on Queen's head) and widening 'white stripe' between left frame and centre, SG342var.
A superb unmounted mint positional block with full original gum.
