Mauritius 1935 Silver Jubilee 20c brown and deep blue, variety 'Dot to left of chapel' from vignette plate '2B', R8/3, SG247g.
A fine mint example with large part original gum. Minor gum disturbance from hinge removal, which is fairly inconsequential as it is of lovely fresh appearance.
A popular commemorative issue and a very scarce variety in unused condition.
