A very fine unmounted mint, with full original gum, corner marginal traffic light block of four with black omitted.
The missing black results in the loss of the top stripe of the German flag (top right) and the first stripe of the Belgian flag (top left), together with the traffic light omitted.
A lovely positional piece.
