Madagascar 1884 3d (3oz) magenta "POSTAL PACKET", hand stamped "British Vice-Consulate", hollow stop after "B", cancelled by red ink line, with corner gumming intact, SG7.
A fine example of this very scarce stamp.
Accompanied with a British Philatelic Association (BPA) certificate of authenticity (2005).
