The 9-line manuscript features the chorus and second verse. The hurried nature of Madonna's handwriting, the crossing out, and emphasis on "Cry Baby Guy" suggests Madonna may have used this sheet in the creation or recording process of the song.
Intriguingly, the lyrics contain a difference from the recorded version: Madonna has written: "He's just a cry baby," which would become: "He's such a cry baby".
The page of yellow paper measures 21.5 by 13 cm, and is in good condition.
