Tanzania 1970-73 5c on glazed paper Official, type O4 local overprint, block of 10 (2x5) with fourth stamp in the right column showing error 'OFFCIAL' (R7/6), tied to official piece by neat Arusha machine cancel dated '14 II 75', SGO32a.
A very attractive and fine used block of 10 and very scarce with the startling error.
