Very fine used example sent locally from Shefford to Ampthill cancelled solely by red "Shefford/Penny Post" handstamp.
Extremely rare and only possible when mail was sent between two small villages without passing through a parent Post Office.
Accompanied with a 2003 British Philatelic Association (BPA) certificate of authenticity.
