Signed in '64 by the world's greatest rock & roll band.
- A complete early set of Rolling Stones autographs signed in 1964.
- Signed on August 21-22, during the band's visit to Jersey in the Channel Islands on their third U.K tour.
This single sheet of lined notepaper is signed by the band's classic original line-up:
Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts.
Each signs clearly in crisp blue ball-point pen.
Jones inscribes it "To George, all the best", and adds "Rolling Stones" after his name.
Charlie also writes the band's name in his typical style lower down.
The page is in very good condition, with vertical and horizontal folds, minor creasing to the corners, and two small pieces of tape in the upper left corner which do not affect the signatures.
The autographs were obtained in person by security guard George Deveau, who worked at the Springfield Ballroom where the Stones played two shows on August 21-22, 1964.
Accompanied by a signed letter of provenance from the original owner's family.
This is a rare opportunity to own a completely fresh-to-the-market set of 1964 Rolling Stones autographs in superb condition.
