'Superlot' of Bordeaux fine wines spanning 10 years is estimated at $300,000

Skinner's November Fine Wines auction promises to be an unmissable event, with highlights including a first-growth Bordeaux 50 case "superlot" spanning 1995-2004.

The Ten Year Superlot will appear for sale with accompanying provenance paperwork, and is estimated at $200,000-300,000.

Appearing alongside it is a lot comprising 12 bottles of the legendary Chateau Lafite Rothschild 1982. The case is estimated at $30,000-45,000.

And the 1982 isn't the only sought-after Bordeaux to appear. Collectors will also have a chance to get their hands on five First Growth Bordeaux bottles dated to 2000, estimated at $4,000-6,000.

Also going under the hammer is the Domaine de la Romanee Conti La Tache. Four 2001 bottles of the La Tache are also expected to sell for $4,000-6,000.
