Great growth Bordeaux to sell in Chicago

Edward Roberts International's Spring fine wine auction will take place in Chicago, on Sunday March 28.

The sale promises a strong selection of well matured great growth Bordeaux.

Highlights will include a 1959 Chateau Talbot en Magnum, a 1961 Chateau La Mission Haut-Brion en Magnum, and a 1961 Chateau Cheval Blanc.


A number of desirable Bordeaux Magnums will featured in sale

Ausone, Margaux, Palmer, Petrus and Lynch-Bages vintages will also appear.

As with previous Edward Roberts sales, online absentee bidding will be available via its website.

The star of Edward Roberts' previous auction was a case of 12 Château Mouton Rothschild bottles.

Auctioned with an estimate of $5,600-7,600, a happy bidder snapped them up for $9,400.
