Fourteen bottles of Glenfiddich Special Pure whisky are expected to make a combined £10,000 ($14,645) when they auction at Lindsay Burns & Company in Perth, Scotland on April 15.
The vintage bottles will be sold separately, each with an identical estimate of £600-800 ($878-1,171). They were unearthed during a recent house clearance.

Spokesman Nick Burns explained to local newspaper the Courier: "Some people will want to buy a bottle to drink, some will see it as an investment.
"They are rare survivors, they come from the 50s when Glenfiddich was one of the few malts available."
