Not for the first time, a dress worn by the late Princess Diana has turned heads and sold for thousands at auction.
Gotta Have It Collectibles Inc of New York were the proud sellers of Diana's fuchsia pink evening dress.
In the end, the dress was sold for $5,000 during last weekend's auction. According to reports, it went to an anonymous buyer.
Boasting a '1930s inspired' design courtesy of Victor Edelstein, the dress was worn by Diana at a charity event, and again at a gala with the President of Hungary in 1992.
What's more, this isn't the first time that the pink dress has auctioned - and its last appearance at auction was presided over by Princess Diana herself.
It was originally sold at a $5m charity auction of her dresses, held by Christie's New York in June 1997 - only a month before Diana's tragic death in a Paris car crash.
Earlier this year, the famous black plunge-neck dress which 'made Diana a star' sold for £192,000 at Kerry Taylor Auctions.
