The second part of Knaresborough railway memorabilia collector Malcolm Guest's collection is to go under the hammer on Thursday.
Morphets of Harrogate are handling the sale of the collection, which has been estimated at £1m worth in total, and they are already chuffed to have achieved £411,000 in the first auction, dominated by railway posters.
The most exciting lots in the second auction are a series of cartoons by the celebrated cartoonist William Heath-Robinson. A number of his uniquely charming and witty works are available for up to £2,500 a piece.
