A near-complete set of 1915 Cracker Jack baseball cards has auctioned for $46,000 in the US, according to the News Tribune newspaper.
Missing just two of the original 176 cards, the set crossed the block at Hamilton's Auction Gallery in Tacoma, Washington State on September 3.

The set featured all the big stars of the day, including "Shoeless" Joe Jackson, Ty Cobb and Honus Wagner.
A near mint set made $157,000 in 2008.
A 1909 T206 "Jumbo" Honus Wagner baseball card sold for $2.1m at Goldin Auctions in April.
