A menu card from the 2011 wedding of Prince William and Princess Kate is to cross the block at Nate D Sanders.

The menu features a wealth of regional delicacies 

It carries a minimum bid of $1,000 ahead of the auction's close date of October 29.

The lot is from the private dinner served to around 300 guests after the ceremony, which featured everything from South Uist salmon to North Highland Mey organic lamb.
