Just one block of 10 stamps exhibiting this error is recorded, with only three of the stamps available to collectors - the rest are held in the permanent collection of the National Postal Museum in Washington, DC.
The stamp features an illustration of redheads and was created by Robert Hines, the winner of an annual competition, in the year of issue.
We have a range of rare stamps available to purchase.
