Comedy rock band Tenacious D will auction a selection of memorabilia to benefit the victims of the recent Paris attacks.

The sale will include the evil squid from Tenacious D's 2012 Rise of the Fenix tour

Proceeds from the sale will go to the Sweet Stuff Foundation, which is run by Eagles of Death Metal's Josh Homme and usually helps sick and struggling musicians.

It will include a wide variety of props from across the band's career, including the "evil squid" from the 2012 Rise of the Fenix tour.

Bidding on the squid stands at $650 ahead of a close date of January 5.
