Prince's 1992 Love Symbol album is one of his most celebrated, and the guitar is emblematic of this period in his career. Valued at $10,000-15,000, the copy is made by Schecter in tribute to the 1993 original by German luthier Jerry Auerswald - one of the most recognisable guitars ever made.
The original sheet of handwritten lyrics to When Doves Cry from the multiplatinum album Purple Rain is expected to see $2,000-4,000. It features various corrections and comes with a strong provenance, originating from Prince's audio engineer.
The auction is headlined by a selection of Madonna memorabilia, with her Material Girl dress expected to see $20,000-40,000.
Paul Fraser Collectibles has a fantastic range of music memorabilia for sale.
