Paul McCartney's childhood home to exceed $151,000?

The childhood home of Sir Paul McCartney is up for auction, proving one and for all that from humble beginnings come great things.

McCartney house Entwistle
McCartney lived in the house in Speke during the 1950s

The mid-terraced house is located in Speke, Liverpool and has been described by Sir Paul as "the first house I remember". Estate agents have valued the home at around £100,000 which is apparently in line with other property prices for the area.

It could be interesting to see if the provenance adds an extra boost to the final price when it comes to the auction.
