Michael Jackson Thriller contract valued in excess of $25,000

A Michael Jackson-signed contract for his Thriller video is among the highlights of a sale at Nate D Sanders, with an opening bid of $25,000.

The contract dates to October 1983

It was drawn up as a security agreement between The Michael Jackson Company and the Screen Actors Guild in October 1983. 

The lot's connection to Thriller, undoubtedly the most famous music video of all time, is likely to ensure a strong sale.

Its condition is described by the auction house as "very good plus".  The sale will close on February 26.
