Documents from the founding of legendary Manchester nightclub the Hacienda are to cross the block at Omega Auctions.
The lot is formed of five papers, including the original lease for the building, and is expected to make £1,500-2,000 ($2,351-3,135).
Opened by Tony Wilson in May 1987, the Hacienda became the focal point of the Madchester acid house scene - one of the defining music movements of the 1980s and early 1990s.
Dwindling funds and a series of shootings inside the club forced its closure in 1997.
