A blonde wig Marilyn Monroe wore in The Misfits (1961), her final finished movie, is selling at Julien’s Auctions.
Marilyn's iconic blonde wig sold for $17,500 last year
Monroe played recently divorced Rosyln Taber in the movie, which was written by her ex-husband – the playwright Arthur Miller.
The wig last made $17,500 at Heritage Auctions in November last year and is now expected to achieve around $20,000-40,000.
It’s constructed from human hair and comes in its original box.
