The Hollywood Museum has opened its Marilyn Monroe memorabilia show in celebration of the star's life. It is the largest current exhibition of authentic Marilyn items.

The Hollywood Museum has combined donations from two important collections along with its own Monroe memorabilia to create the largest current exhibition of items from her life

The spectacular selection of items includes donations from Scott Fortner's The Marilyn Monroe Collection and The Greg Schreiner Marilyn Monroe Collection.

Schreiner is the president and founding member of Marilyn Remembered, the longest running fan club. Scott Fortner owns one of the world's finest Marilyn Monroe collections and has lectured internationally on her legacy.

Freeman's Auctioneers has announced that it will sell a collection of photographs from Bert Stern's Marilyn Monroe: The Last Sitting on September 10.
