Nimoy, who died earlier this year, was launched into stardom after taking on the role of Spock. He played the character in the show's original run from 1964-1969 as well as in an animated series and various films.
His huge popularity, which extends beyond the Star Trek series due to numerous appearances in other media, ensures a strong market for his memorabilia.
A set of prosthetic ears worn by Nimoy on the show sold for $10,000 at Bonhams in 2008.
Other lots in the sale include a Stormtrooper's helmet from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back that is valued at 40,000-60,000 ($62,446-93,669).
In 2013, a Stormtrooper's helmet signed by George Lucas sold for $245,000 at Sotheby's New York.
