A bodysuit worn by actor Christopher Reeve in the film Superman III is to auction in an online sale at Screen Used on July 12 with an opening bid of $65,000.

The film was released in 1983 and stars Reeve alongside comedian Richard Pryor. The suit is the only screen-used example to be certified by Warner Brothers and is sold alongside a mannequin that bears Reeve's likeness.
In April this year a suit worn by the actor in Superman IV: The Quest for Peace sold for $32,500 at Julien's in Beverly Hills.
