Two highly desirable cars from the great collection of Sid Craig are going up for auction on 14th August in California.
The first is a burgundy 1958 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham once owned by Frank Sinatra.
Sid Craig is the fourth owner of car.
Gann later won Best of Show with it at the Cadillac Club International car show in Palm Springs, California.
The second owner was Matthew 'Bill' Post, an avid car collector who picked up the car at auction.
It remains in excellent condition both outside and in, where it is trimmed in grey cloth and white leather.
The car is one of 304 made in 1958.
It originally sold for price of $13,074 and now carries an auction estimate of $275,000 - $325,000.
The other car is Dean Martin's 1962 Ghia L6.4 Coupe, a less famous but perhaps more beautiful model which is heavily associated with the Rat Pack.
Sinatra had one, as did Peter Lawford, even though only 26 were ever built.
The car also has a brass plaque on the console indicating that it had some alterations made by 'King of Kustomisers' George Barris, although these are unusually subtle.
This one is estimated at$185,000 - $225,000.
Classic Cars with famous owners are extremely popular and have proven to be excellent investments.
