Memorabilia from the American children's television programme Captain Kangaroo is to auction at Nate D Sanders on May 21.

"There is literally something for every Captain Kangaroo fan in this auction," Sanders comments.
Captain Kangaroo was conceived by the late Bob Keeshan, who also played the title character. It was a hit among American youngsters, running for almost 30 years from 1955.
Captain Kangaroo's 1955-1971 navy blue kangaroo-pocket jacket, the famed keys to Captain Kangaroo's Treasure House and Kaptain Kangaroo bound show scripts are among the stand out lots.
Estimates range between $250 and $250,000.
