The booklet could feature in the proposed Bruce Lee museum in Seattle

A fantastic collector's item, the booklet will give Bruce Lee fans the chance to finally be taught martial arts from the master himself. The book contains notations and instructional drawings from Lee, designed to guide his student Taky Kimura, who later became the instructor of the Jun Fan Gung Fu institute.

A handwritten letter from Lee to Kimura sold for $51,233, with a 33.3% increase on estimate in Hong Kong in August 2011. The PFC Auctions item, which is of greater significance, has a starting bid of just £5,000.

Other items of memorabilia from Hollywood's first Asian star have also seen impressive results at auction. A fur-lined jacket worn by Lee in Game of Death made $76,850 in the same auction, almost quadrupling its high estimate.

Perhaps the most iconic item, the yellow and black jumpsuit which inspired Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill made $40,000 in 2010.

The buzz created by Lee in the 1960s and 70s still shows no sign of slowing, with his autograph up 17.12% pa from 2000-2011. The calmour for his memorabilia will see a further increase in 2013, when fans will commemorate the 30th anniversary of his death.
