A Randolph Turpin Middleweight Champion of the World diamond ring will sell at Bonham's sale of Sporting and Golf Memorabilia at Chester, on 24th February.
The ring will sell estimated at £5,000-6,000.
Another boxing highlight appearing in the sale is a ringside ticket for the 1927 World Heavyweight Boxing Championship Tunney v Dempsey - 'The Long Count' fight (estimated at £300-400).
This memorabilia will sell alongside the second medal thrown into the crowds by José Mourinho at the 2005-6 Premier League final.
Mourinho's medal is predicted to bring £12,000-15,000.
