A pair of 2011 Nike Air Mags, based on the sneakers from Back to the Future II, led Heritage Auctions’ The Future is Now sale, achieving $52,500.
Nike Air Mags are based on the shoes Marty McFly wears in Back to the Future II
The shoes include all of the features that blew away audiences when the film was released in 1989, including flashing lights and self-lacing technology.
